Referral fees are calculated as a percentage of
the fee earned by this
office. The
referral fee percentage is
negotiable. The
referral fee agreement
does not
increase the fee owed by the client. Rather,
it is simply an agreement among referring
counsel and Mr. Meline to allocate the fee that the client agrees to
pay this
office.
Each potential referral is promptly considered by
Steven Meline on a case by
case basis.
